About Junoparts

This website is operated by Cavessons Limited trading as Junoparts, a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14762597. Our registered office and business address is 68 Second Avenue, London SW14 8QE, United Kingdom.

Contact us at hello@junoparts.co.uk or 07518 525308. We are not VAT registered.

These terms cover consumer purchases from our online store. If you are ordering for a repair business, retailer or other business purpose, please contact us before ordering so that any separate terms can be agreed.

Products and compatibility

We supply replacement parts for classic synthesisers. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, these are independently manufactured aftermarket parts, not original Roland products.

Check the stated model compatibility, dimensions and product description before ordering. Similar-looking parts are not necessarily interchangeable. If you are uncertain, ask us before purchase or installation. This does not reduce our responsibility for accurate descriptions or advice we give you.

Photographs illustrate our products; colour appearance can vary between screens. Products must nevertheless match their description and meet your statutory rights. Where fitting involves opening an instrument, use an appropriately experienced technician if you cannot undertake the work safely. Instructions supplied with a part should be followed.

Orders and payment

Checkout shows the items, delivery options and total price before you place an order. Please check these details and your delivery address carefully.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, at which point a contract is formed for the goods confirmed as dispatched. Payment may be taken earlier using the payment arrangements shown at checkout.

If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged or a material price error is identified, we will explain and refund any payment for the affected goods. We will not substitute goods or charge a corrected higher price without your agreement. Once accepted, an order will not be changed solely because we later change our prices or these terms.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. Promotions apply on the terms displayed with them.

Availability and pre-orders

In-stock and pre-order availability should be clearly identified on the product page. For a pre-order, the expected dispatch date and payment arrangements will be stated before purchase. If a date changes, we will contact you with the revised information and your cancellation options. An item being a standard pre-order does not remove consumer cancellation rights.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. The Shipping policy describes our services and processing arrangements.

We will deliver within the agreed period or, if none is agreed, without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If delivery is late, contact us. You may set an appropriate additional deadline and cancel if it is missed. You may cancel without giving extra time where we refuse to deliver or where delivery by the agreed time was essential under the law.

Goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will deal with the carrier.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Our Return and refund policy explains how to cancel and return goods. Consumers have 14 days to notify a change-of-mind cancellation after delivery, with a further 14 days to send the goods back. Separate statutory rights apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse or incorrect installation by you or someone acting for you, rather than by a defective product, inaccurate description or instructions for which we are responsible.

Website, privacy and Shopify

Our site is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform and associated services. Your purchase contract is with Cavessons Limited trading as Junoparts.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy. Our original site content belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Complaints and applicable law

Please send complaints to hello@junoparts.co.uk or write to our registered office, including your order number where available. We will investigate and respond. Contacting us does not restrict your right to seek other remedies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain applicable mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country where they live.

Updates apply to future orders. The terms provided when an order was placed continue to apply to that order.
