Refund policy
Junoparts is a trading name of Cavessons Limited. This policy explains returns for customers buying our synthesiser parts for personal use. For business purchases, please contact us about the applicable terms before ordering.
Changing your mind
You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us no later than 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You can also cancel before delivery.
Email hello@junoparts.co.uk, call 07518 525308, or write to the address below. Include your name and order number if available. Any clear statement of cancellation is sufficient; you do not need our approval to exercise this right.
Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage cost. Pack the parts securely and keep proof of posting.
Returns address: Junoparts, Cavessons Limited, 68 Second Avenue, London SW14 8QE, United Kingdom.
Inspecting and handling parts
You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please check the model and specifications before fitting a part. If unsure, contact us first.
Handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may reduce a part's value. Examples include cutting a gasket, removing adhesive backing, or marking or damaging a part during installation. Where legally permitted, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from a change-of-mind refund. We will explain any deduction. Opening packaging does not by itself remove your cancellation rights. Please return packaging and supplied components where possible.
Refunds following cancellation
We will refund the price of the returned goods. If you cancel the whole order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option available for that order. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under change-of-mind cancellation rights.
We will refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. If the goods have not been sent, we will refund within 14 days of being told of your cancellation. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect parts
Your goods must meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit those rights.
If a part is faulty or misdescribed, you normally have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery. After that, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.
Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse is not itself a manufacturing fault. Fitting a part does not automatically remove your rights concerning a fault that was present when supplied. Sale items carry the same statutory rights.
