Junoparts is starting small.

For the moment, we're shipping to UK addresses only. That's not because we've forgotten that Roland sold rather a lot of Junos outside Britain. Quite the opposite. We know there are plenty of Juno-6, Juno-106 and SH-101 synths sitting in studios, workshops and on repair benches all over the world.

The issue is simply that international shipping, particularly to the EU, brings additional tax, customs and administrative requirements that can become disproportionate when you're sending relatively low-value parts.

Rather than build that cost and complexity into the business before we know where the demand is, we're doing this the other way round.

We're launching in the UK first, learning what people actually want, and then we'll open up international shipping where there is sufficient demand to justify doing it properly.

Outside the UK?

We'd genuinely like to know where you are.

If you're interested in Junoparts products but can't currently order because you're outside the UK, register your interest and tell us your country.

It won't commit you to anything. It will simply help us understand where the Juno community that wants our parts actually is.

If we discover there's strong demand from Germany, France, the Netherlands, the US, Japan or somewhere we hadn't anticipated, that information will directly influence where we ship next.

What about the EU?

We're looking at the options. That may eventually mean direct EU shipping from Junoparts, or it may make more sense to use a marketplace or fulfilment route that makes VAT and customs straightforward for both us and the customer.

What we don't want to do is launch an international service that results in unexpected charges, customs delays or parcels bouncing around because we've tried to make something complicated look simple.

So, for now UK shipping is open. International shipping is coming. Where it comes next is partly up to you. Register your interest and we'll keep you posted.
